崗位職責(zé)： Responsible for all product-based marketing activities for the product lines and its derivatives.  Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers. Develops marketing plans, strategies and tactics; then leads the implementation and follow-up.  Has a strong collaboration and communication skill to effectively manage cross-functional initiatives.  Must have a very hands-on approach to the business and be highly accountable for results.  Will develop excellent, in-depth knowledge of the company products and programs and achieve an appropriate level of wind industry knowledge to be viewed as a resource by our customers, our sales team, and internal employees. 
任職要求：Minimum  BS degree, Master degree preferredMinimum  5 years of wind industry experience, WTG  commission and O&M experience desirable.Prior product management and marketing experience in energy industryIndividuall led multiple successful new product launchesExcellent  presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills  required  Customer service orientation requiredExtensive  knowledge of wind industry and company products                                                                                                                        Ability  to prepare and deliver presentations to the customer management team and      board of directorsAbility  conduct tabletop demonstrations and articulate technical attributes Experienced  negotiator and ability to prepare, edit and execute necessary contracts  and documents
