Responsibilities and Duties
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, and skills
- Graduated from disciplines of Electrical / Architecture or similar
- at least 2 years experiences on Substation construction work or similar
- English writing and speaking
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Familiarity with SmartSheet software’s collaboration and time management tools (MS Project, P6…)
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control
- Advanced time management and learning skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Result oriented and strong responsibility during working
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-national engineering company experience
- Overseas EPC project management experience
- Familiar of power transmission and distribution system
- PMP Certification
