Responsibilities職責(zé):

1. Promote and sell the organization’s products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
在特定地區(qū)、產(chǎn)品線(xiàn)或客戶(hù)名單內(nèi)推廣和銷(xiāo)售公司的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)或超越銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
2. Secure and expand the business. Maintain and develop relationship with PSB/Institute/OEM and agencies, meanwhile develop new market opportunities.
確保并開(kāi)拓負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的業(yè)務(wù)，維護(hù)并建立與各PSB/Institute/OEM等和分銷(xiāo)商間的銷(xiāo)售網(wǎng)絡(luò)，并開(kāi)發(fā)新的市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。
3. Organize or take part in seminars, presentations and sales negotiations for important or potential customers/partners.
組織及參與面向重要客戶(hù)或潛在合作伙伴的技術(shù)交流會(huì)，產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會(huì)以及銷(xiāo)售談判等。
4. Collect project information through various sales channels, and actively follow up to realize “create reference” and “success negotiation”.
通過(guò)各渠道搜集出口項(xiàng)目信息，積極跟進(jìn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)“產(chǎn)品指定”和“成功談判”。
5. Compiling regular reports, such as: forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, competition analysis;
編制定期報(bào)告，如：預(yù)算，拜訪報(bào)告，市場(chǎng)和客戶(hù)信息、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析。
6. Secure offer and order follow up by cooperation with OEM sales to ensure each project placing order.
與OEM銷(xiāo)售合作，確保報(bào)價(jià)以及訂單的跟進(jìn)工作，保證項(xiàng)目落到實(shí)處。
7. To secure offer preparations. (Commercial and technical accuracy) and follow up of offers.
確保報(bào)價(jià)準(zhǔn)備（商業(yè)和技術(shù)的精準(zhǔn)性）并跟蹤報(bào)價(jià)。
8. Checking outstanding payments and implementing necessary procedures.
檢查拖欠款項(xiàng)，履行必要的程序。


Requirements要求:

1. Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering, Automation or related;
本科以上電氣工程，電力自動(dòng)化類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
2. At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience in Multinational Corporation.
3年以上外企銷(xiāo)售及市場(chǎng)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3. Excellent spoken and written in English.
良好的英文口語(yǔ)及書(shū)面溝通能力；
4. Be familiar with computer skills, e.g. SAP, Excel, PPT;
熟練應(yīng)用包括SAP，Excel, PPT在內(nèi)的應(yīng)用軟件；
5. High Team work inspirits, positively and actively;
高度團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神、積極、主動(dòng)；
6. Self motivated
自我激勵(lì)并能獨(dú)立完成工作；
7. Good communication skill;
良好地溝通技巧。
