崗位職責(zé)：
1. Environmental control – Environmental action plan
2. Energy and Environment aspect identification.
3. Altair environment application, use and management.
4. Coordination of H&S technicians at Logistic sites.
5. Management and implementation of ISO 14001 and 18001 Management Systems
6. Training and qualification of Environmental and H&S technical staff in Logistic sites.
7. Training of people in Environmental and H&S concepts, requirements, etc.
8. Annual training needs identification.
9. Control and follow up of all subcontractors at yard.
10. E and H&S requirement audits, site audits, carry out, deviation analysis and Action Plan definition.
11. H&S Document Management of Wind farms, management of issues regarding H&S management documentation.
12. Environmental incident statistics analysis and follow up, and their evolution, including costs.
13. Drive the forums for countermeasure action activation regarding E and H&S incidents at logistics sites, ports, etc.
14. H&S working instruction and procedure development.
15. Prevention Plan definition.
16. Participate on the Emergency Plan improvement and modification.
17. Release the Risk Assessment Plan proposal.
18. Check the Risk Assessment Plan proposal with the representatives of the employees
19. Inform about the Risk Assessment Plan to his/her direct responsible (Hierarchy)
20. Release the final Risk Assessment Plan document.
21. Coordination of H&S documents for Port of Loading/Port of Destiny/storage area/road transportation.
22. Weekly H&S reporting about accident rates, statistics, R05, etc. to executive committee.
23. Transportation incident classification (R04 and R03-second part.)
24. EHS requirements analysis, performing, monitoring and report.
25. Others related safety works assigned by manager.
職位要求
Over 30 years old.Bachelor degree or above, Major in safety engineering, Environments Science, or any other related Industrial EngineeringHealthy.Health & Safety Certification (given by Chinese Administration).Over 3 years of EHS functions working experience in international companies in China. Experience of working with transportation companies for the oversized and with ports.Fluent English in Listening, speaking, reading and writing.Be able to work under high pressure and work hard.Proactive person, a good team playerBe able to travel to other countries frequently.Working experiences in projects is preferredWorking experiences in other countries is preferredAbility to learn the laws and regulation of EHS in WF countries in short time.
